They believe in the sanctity of original intent as it relates to the Constitution. Well. the Constitution had an article I legislative branch. an article II executive branch. and an article III judicial branch. And the Founders suggested that if there are issues that need to be worked out. it is the courts job to do it. So there is a lawsuit right now pending in Texas challenging the legality and the constitutionality of the Presidents executive action on immigration. Let the courts do their job. Stop holding hostage our Nations safety and security. and stop holding hostage the confirmation of Loretta Lynch.
