Speaker. today I rise to honor the memory of Dr. Erno Scipiades Daniel who passed away on February 21. 2015. Dr. Daniel was a devoted and renowned physician in our local community of Santa Barbara. California and although he has passed. his legacy will remain with us for years to come. Dr. Daniel was born on December 15. 1946 in Budapest. Hungary and as a child lived through the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. As a teenager he immigrated to the United States with his mother and sister to reunite with his father who left for the U.S. a decade earlier. In 1964. Dr.
