This ruling. if upheldand I believe it will bereaffirms that President Obama was right when he said at least 22 times that he didnt have the authority to take the action he now has taken on immigration. In December of last year I joined in an amicus brief with Senator CRuz and Senator CORNYN and. I believe. the attorneys general from 26 Statesnot the State of Missouri but 26 States. I was glad that my joining allowed Missouri to be represented in support of this lawsuit brought by the State of Texas against President Obamas illegal decision to allow amnesty to be established.
