The bill that we just considered on this floor had less. frankly. than 12 hours before it was brought to this floor out of the Rules Committee. I would hope. Mr. Leader. that if you are going to go through with this border security billwe will have an argument about it. and it will be largely a partisan vote on it. That is unfortunate. because we ought to be coming together. working together. creating consensus on making sure our borders are secure. as happened in the last Congress but is not repeated here. I will be glad to yield to my friend.
