This is a border security issue because of a homeland security issue. We have to make our border secure. We are going to have what our vision for border security is in this institution pass now to the Senate. and the President will get his wish. We will put a bill on his desk. It may not be the bill he wants. but my message to the administrationto the White Houseis: come work with us.
