By tacking on unrelated immigration measures to a basic funding bill for Homeland Security. they are putting us on a path that could shut down our Department of Homeland Security and endanger the people of our Nation. Mr. Speaker. if we defeat the previous question. I will offer an amendment to the rule that would allow the House to consider a clean version of the Homeland Security bill. Mr. Speaker.
