What is Congress for? Otherwise. it is a rubberstamp that cannot make an independent judgment. We absolutely have a duty. a responsibility to not fund a program that violates the law. violates the Constitution. to allow the President to eviscerate and fail to enforce huge chunks of our immigration law and. at the same time. allow him to create an entirely new scheme of immigration law. So the Presidents Executive amnesty say: I am not going to enforce the law with regard to 5 million people. And not only that. the law says if a person is here unlawfully. they cant work. and the law says if a person is a businessperson. they cant hire somebody who is here unlawfullyI am not going to enforce that. either.
