Act would address visa processing delays facing nonprofit arts organizations by amending section 214(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require USCIS to shift to premium processing without additional fees any 0 or P visa that is not processed within 30 days of filing a complete petition if the petitioner is or is filing on behalf of a qualified nonprofit organization. Mr. Speaker. it is not by accident that I wrote a letter on this subject to then USCIS Director Eduardo Aguirre.
