John Doe I was. of course. Timothy McVeigh. These witnesses described a man who. as I say. looked very much like this employee of another Arab immigrant. Samir Khalil. I have repeatedly asked the Department of Justice to tell me if the Samir Khalil on the unindicted coconspirators list of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing is the same Samir Khalil who employed this man who was originally identified as John Doe II by a number of witnesses. The Justice Departments answer: it would be far too burdensome for us to try to find out if this is the same man. Further. we asked for help in finding the Arab immigrant. the John Doe II lookalike. who was employed by Samir Khalil. The guy who may well have been in the bombing of the Oklaboma City bombing. We traced this man to Boston. but we had no support and no cooperation in finding this very possible terrorist or at least a terrorist suspect.
