This Oklahomabased Iraqi lied. meaning the John Doe I lookalike. lied to the investigators about his whereabouts at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing. yet there was little if any followup on this John Doe II lookalike. In fact. the FBI simply declared that John Doe II never existed.
