On the package we are going to vote on. whether they make us wait until Thursday or Wednesday. whenever it is. we are asking nine Republicans of good will to vote with the American people and pass this stimulus package. I have said beforethis morningthis matter has to go to conference anyway. We are not slowing up or stalling anything. It has to go to a conference because this House package allows benefits to go to people who are undocumented. and that should be changed. I am dismayed we are going to have to stay in session tonight and do nothing and all day tomorrow and do nothing. But that is what I have been told.
