They look into the car. they make sure that the people or they ask a few questions. and they let those people come into the United States. Sometimes they look at paperwork. Sometimes they dont. But they come into the United States presumably lawfully. But the problem is. Madam Speaker. we do not record who comes into America. Assume everybody in this vehicle is coming into the United States the right way. They have legal documents. They have a visa to come in. The United States Government doesnt record who those people are. We just let them pass on through.
