And you know. now when my constituents say. Congressman. why arent we building that fence. why arent we securing the border. then Ive got something I can tell them now. I can give them that 3.500page bill. of course theres no telling what it would cost them to get a copy of that. 35 pounds of paper there. and say its in this bill that we will build the fence but only under certain conditions.
