This bill covers 400.000 less kids. it spends $500 million more. So we are not at $4.000 anymore. we are at about $4.200 to buy $2.300 worth of health insurance. It does not fix the fast lane for illegal immigrants as the authors claim. It does not fix adults on the SCHIP program. CBO says in 2012. at least at a minimum. 10 percent of the enrollees will still be adults.
