I had the privilege of traveling to eastern Chad to meet some of the 300.000 refugees from Darfur living in camps along the ChadSudan border. I spent several days with representatives from UNHCR. UNICEF. the World Food Program. Oxfam. ICRC. Catholic Relief Services. Doctors Without Borders and so many others whose lives and work are completely focused on responding to the humanitarian crisis.
