You see. this is a matter of seriousness. It cannot be ignored. I feel strongly about that. I want my colleagues to know our country needs to create a lawful system of immigration. Once that is accomplished and the American people feel comfortable about that. we can think about a way. I believe. that would be effective and compassionate for those who are here today and that is rational and that we can defend.
