But that is a legitimate policy argument. Now. lets talk about illegal aliens. Under current law. you are not supposed to cover a child of an illegal alien. But they are covered because there is no verification enforcement system. In the pending bill. they have section 605 that says no benefit shall go to children of illegal aliens. But that is all it says. There is no enforcement mechanism.
