Thats another attempt basically to allow perhaps. if not run right. a government bureaucrat to dictate which therapies a physician can use. The bottom line. this bill is misguided. We need to take a much better look at this. and frankly. the last point I was going to make. Mr. Speaker. is this bill makes it up to the States. optional. whether to require documentation as to anyone who is legal who wants to receive benefits under this. This is another attempt. Mr. Speaker. at allowing our SCHIP benefits to go to illegal immigrants. something that I dont believe the American public is in favor of.
