The jet propulsion laboratory in La Canada Flint Ridge. California. is a very important facility which has made great strides with its Mars program and a wide range of other programs that theyre involved in. Mr. Speaker. this program also has funding for something that I believe is essential for us to realize. and its on an issue that this place has debated time and time again. and its one that were still struggling over. and that is the issue of border security and the problem of illegal Immigration.
