I hope my friend would take that as an offer of good faith to try to move this along. I am convinced that if we pass what has been suggested by GRAHAM and PRYoRand the Senator from Texas knows this better than I dothis does cover the fact that the Department of Homeland Security certainly should use some of this money to make sure we know where people are. It is absolutely wrong that we have people here who come on study visas and we lose track of them. That is one example. I know a significant number of Senators would agree.
