You do not get across. you do not achieve your goal. Until we complete some of the currently inadequate enforcement provisions. until we draft a bill that will create a legal system that will actually work. compromising about this or that matter is not going to amount to much. The bill. I do believe. as I have indicated before. is only going to reduce illegal immigration by a net 13 percent over the next 20 years. That number comes straight from the Congressional Budget Office Cost Estimate on this bill. which they released June 4th. I did not make it up.
