I have tried to be as candid with people who support the bill as those who oppose the bill. not trying to take advantage of them. The process here in the Senate wasnt invented yesterday. it has been going on for 220 years. I am working my way through the rules. making sure we follow every jot and tittle in these complicated rules. but they are not that complicated. We simply want to work on an issue that is important to the American peopleimmigration. I acknowledge. as has my friend. that the system of immigration in our country is broken. We need to try to fix it. and this is our way of trying to fix it. Perfect?
