Madam Speaker. I also want to point out that Mr. KINGSTON is talking about immigration and the lack of accountability with regard to illegal workers on government projects. I would like to remind the gentleman that it is his President that is in charge of enforcement. it is the administrative b)ranch of government that is in charge of adjudicating and prosecuting illegal aliens. and that it is their Department that is awarding the contracts. And so if the gentleman is concerned about this. he should talk to his President down the street. And with a single conversation. he should be able to get the administration to do what he wants. since he is of the same party.
