At the end of the bill. before the short title. insert the following new section: SEC. ___ None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to provide an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa to a national or citizen of a country with which the United States maintains diplomatic relations and the central government of which has notified the Secretary of State of its refusal to extradite to the United States any individual indicted in the United States for killing a law enforcement officer. as specified in a United States extradition request.
