I think that what we have got is apples and oranges and what we need to do is pull it together. Having trained people with ICE who are in the field. who actually would help encourage employers to use this program. it is an important part of internal enforcement for our employers. knowing how to use it. having that tool to be certain that they know how to use the Basic Pilot Program. to be certain that individuals who are going to work for them are indeed who they say they are and that they are in the country legally. That is important for employers. It is an important tool for having immigration enforcement in this country.
