President. the debate that has had the Senate occupied for the last several days is a fundamentally very important debate. for not only this Senate but certainly for the American people. There are a variety of things that have grasped the attention of the American consumer at this moment. Obviously immigration has been one. and we have been aggressively involved in that in the Senate the last month. The other thing happens weekly. when that consumer goes to the gas pump and pulls his or her car up and fills it. All of a sudden. they pay a $45 or a $50 or a $60 or a $70 fuel bill.
