People are either going to come through the front door or they are going to come through the back door. What do I mean by that? If they are coming through the back door. they are going to be the undocumented and the exploited undocumented workers. such as we have seen in my own city of New Bedford. where they are arrested and exploited and are driving down wages. If they come through the front door. they are going to meet the needs of American industry when we find there are no existing options for American workers. There is going to be the requirement that you have to get American workers first.
