I think. a total of well over 800.000 people. That. obviously. would undo the rather delicate balance of agreements that was reached that deals with this subject. Recognizing. however. we wanted to make sure anybody who had a reasonable expectation of being able to immigrate should be able to do so. we have prepared an amendment that would. in fact. allow anybody with a reasonable expectation to be able to immigrate here. We put the date way back to 2027. and we say that if you could have reasonably expected to get here by 2027. you are in and you are in within an 8year period from now. I think that is very fair.
