Then I hope the Senator from Rhode Island will speak to it. It is always inteiesting to listen. when we are talking about the immigration bill. to those who go back to the 1986 bill. I remember it very cleaily. I voted against it. That was an amnesty. That was a real amnesty. We hear a great deal in the public about what is amnesty. what is not amnesty.
