Look at loophole No. 8. This one is a bit amazing. I think. for anyone. and I find it difficult to believe. I am not making this up. This is in the bill on page 289. Instead of ensuring that members of violent gangs. such as MS13. are deported. the bill will allow violent gang members to get amnesty as long as they renounce their gang membership on their application. It has a question there: Are you a member of a gang? If you said yes. the next question is: Do you renounce your membership?
