So I am concerned and share the concern of Senator BINGAMAN that the temporary worker program which allows 2 years entry. then says go home and come back 1 year from now for another 2 years and then go home for a year. and come back for -the final 2 years and never come back again seems less workable than the temporary seasonal worker program we have today. I am concerned about that. Remember. we are still going to have the constant flow of people who come in on the citizenship track and get a green card and become permanent citizens. They will also be workers. their family members will also be workers. We are not stopping that.
