And it is almost a proliferation of dogooders that get together and make colossal mistakes even though their intentions are good. And as physicians have to swear an oath that. above all else. do no harm. we need to remember that as lawmakers. when we look at the problems that our country faces. that we need to ensure that the solutions that we propose do not cause more problems than the current challenges that we face. And that is exactly the devil in the details of this socalled comprehensive immigration reform proposal that the Senate is moving this week. The most problematic element of this whole bill to me is Title VI. It is the Z visa path to citizenship. It is amnesty. No matter how they package it. how they spin it. how they explain it. it is amnesty. It is something that. at 4 years at a time. can be extended all the way through that illegal aliens life. They can stay here. Its just that simple. and that is amnesty. Z1 is the illegal alien themselves. Z2 Is their spouse or their parents. Z3 visa is their children. which basically means all of these people are given permanent residency. a path to citizenship in this country. And as the gentleman pointed out so well. it flies in the face of the rule of law. And how much can you water down the rule of law than not having the rule of law in this country?
