We listened to Secretary Chertoff speak. We listened to him both in open session and in closed session. I am convinced those recommendations were the best information that we had in terms of our border security and they are incorporated in this legislation. It is a reflection of a bipartisan effort to make sure that we are going to do everything that is necessary and can be done to provide a secure border. We are using the latest in technology.
