In fact. it is clearly one elementone very dramatic elementof the Government acting wrongly: deporting someone who had every legal right to be here in this countrymaking that mistake. and then. realizing they made a mistake. are now trying to find that individual whose life has been turned upside down. In the process of doing that. under the amendment of the Senator from Iowa. they do not even have a chance to go to court. So the human faces we are talking about here are real. That is not about terrorism. .Now. let me give you another example.
