Speech #1100051061

This one. Professor George Borjas from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. said: Here is what has happened to U.S. workers. U.S. workers have lost income in the 20 years as a result of immigration. That is not disputable. Is anybody here disputing that? 1 dont think so. We have had downward pressure on U.S. income as a result. This proposition in this bill says: You know what. That may be the experience. but we have not had enough of it. We want more. We want more of it. Again. finally. if you decide to vote against my amendment.
