If they are from Mexico. it would be pretty easy to transport them back to Mexico. or Canada if it were on the Canadian border. but what about somebody caught on the border who is from Brazil? What about someone caught on the border who is from China? Or Indonesia? Or India? Or Africa? What about that? What happens to them? What we were doing was apprehending people such as that. taking them before some administrative officer. releasing them on bail and asking them to come back for a hearing to be deported. Of course. 95 percent. the numbers show. were not showing up. We have ended some of that already.
