In addition to the predictable fraud on the Social Security system that would result from this provisionthere would be no way you could identify with certainty who paid with what Social Security number if you are using false numbersthis concept is fundamentally unfair to the millions of Americans who rely on Social Security as their main form of retirement income. Our Social Security system is already in peril-$6.8 trillion will already have to be invested by Congress today to have enough money to pay all of the programs promised benefits between 2017 and 2081.
