Then it goes to the President and he signs it and then we will find out 2. 3 or 4 years from now whether it works. I dont think it is going to work. I am worried about it. I am worried about it. I am worried there Is not a commitment among the executive branch to enforce the immigration laws. Anybody who would like to be elected Presidentthe new executive branch leader has a commitment to ensuring a lawful system of immigration. That is all the American people want. They are not saying they dont want any immigrants in America. So I am saying this because I am concerned this is where we are headed. I think it is unhealthy for the Senate.
