During the recent campaign. the Democrats pledged to enact all of the 9/11 Commission recommendations. By not allowing Mr. DENTS amendments. they are ignoring a loophole for the terrorists to exploit and are reneging on a promise they made to the American people to protect them. Mr. Speaker.
