That is the loophole that we know that not only illegal immigrants use. but sexual predators and identity thieves. those people that want to be anonymous. that need to be anonymous. that have to be anonymous to the legal system. This is what they are choosing to use to gain access to banking institutions. to wire transfer services from the Federal Reserve. the U.S. Treasury. the IRS.
