That is the pool of people that you are seeking to employ. Now. this administration. you know. I think in 2004. maybe fined five companies. or you can put them on one hand. They now want to shift their failure to enforce in the workplace to the union organizers that they somehow have to do immigration checks because neither the employer apparently did them. nor the administration did them. This is simply outrageous that we would ask people to do this. The people who are working in the facility. whether it is a plant or a job site. the employer has certified that they are legal. and they are legal workers.
