Every one of those leaders wants open and free trade with the U.S. which is a very positive attitude on their part because we can produce more products that they need. with value added. and they can produce products we need. I suspect we will be in a surplus fairly quickly with each one of these countries if we go to a true free market. That will raise the standard of living down there. which will relieve. to some degree. the pressure for illegal immigration to the U.S. So it works to our benefit. and not only from the standpoint of trade. One of the interesting statistics I saw in Peru was that trade from New Hampshire increased 880 percent over the last 2 yearsthat increase of New Hampshireproduced goods going into Peru.
