This centuryold company founded in 1906 by Austrian immigrant Louis Turen is the Nations oldest. privately owned facility maintenance service company. The Control Group is still a familyowned and operated business and one of the largest private employers in the State of New Jersey. Four generations of the Turen family have directed Control Group from their headquarters in Secaucus. NJ. Louis Turen began a oneman enterprise washing windows and provided maintenance services.
