That is the Federal Governments effort to try to help States deal with the incarceration of criminal aliens. The Presidents budget included not a single dime of funding to help States offset the cost of having to incarcerate criminal aliens. The Congress did a little bit better. but still is funding that program for all 50 States at less than onethird of what they are currently spending to incarcerate aliens who should be deported but committed crimes in our country. What else? Take a look at the Federal Governments enforcement of our laws that prohibit individuals in this country from fraudulently hiring people who do not have permission to work in this country.
