If we want to talk about the money issue. lets ask our colleagues on the other side of the aisle to join with us. and why dont we talk about doing fines and forfeiture allocations like we do with drug interdiction. Lets allow the local law enforcement to be able to keep a large percentage of the assets if they catch someone smuggling or is caught. Maybe that is something we can talk about. but not today find an excuse for not giving the authority to our local law enforcement to do what they know is right. and that is fight illegal immigration.
