Without this legislation we are not going to get there in the way you previously voted. and everybody needs to understand that. Let me tell you a little bit about what is in the legislation. The majority leader summed it up correctly. I appreciate his leadership and his strong support from the beginning for sufficient border barriers. Majority Leader FRISr is committed to a good and just solution of the immigration problem in America. but he has come to understand that we have to take steps and do some things. and one of them is fencing. This is what this bill will do. It will establish operational control of the border.
