I see my colleague. Senator KYL from Arizona. is here. I would say it has been my honor to work with him quite a number of yearsever since I have been in the Senate. There is not a single Senator here who has ever spent anything like the number of hours he has spent in advocating for a legitimate. sound method of border security. nor has anyone voted more consistently than he to establish that. I am glad he is a cosponsor. Senator KYL understands this process. He is one of the leaders in the Senate. I am glad he feels this is an appropriate way we can go forward.
