The Department of Homeland Security asked for 206 investigative agents in 2007. Among other things. those agents are used to investigate illegal employment in the workplace. workplace enforcement. Virtually every Senator. in the context of the immigration debate. has talked about how important it is to increase worksite enforcement. We have talked about it time and time again. The way to do that is to increase the number of agents who are investigating these cases.
