And they look at us and they say. You know. this is not fair. This is not right. And there is great concern. And I think that that is one of the reasons that the American people return to looking at the House bill and saying. this is what we want to see: first. secure the border. Second. deal with that magnet. Look at the employer sanctions. then deal with the enforcement mechanisms.
