Mr. Speaker. having talked to many illegal immigrants about where they come from. what they are here for. there are many of these people that didnt come here for citizenship and dont care to get it. So citizenship is not going to be a plum that brings them out of the shadows. The fact that the Senate has put a provision in on prevailing wage shows that they really dont understand why people have hired these folks from Mexico and from Honduras and Guatemala and Nicaragua and all points south.
